Kingston Blood Donor Clinic
The Kingston Blood Donor Clinic is proud to announce that they have completed the move to their new location at 850 Gardiners Road Unit B. Along with their move, the permanent location clinic hours have also changed. Canadian Blood Services wishes to thank donors for their continuing commitment during our transition and hope that the new hours will provide donors with convenient, accessible timings in which to donate.

Free Indoor Walking Program

KFL&A Public Health’s Walk On program promotes easily accessible and affordable physical activity. KFL&A Public Health’s volunteer-led walks provide a safe, free and social atmosphere for people of all ages to increase their physical activity. Wolfe Island Network for a Healthy Community is providing a new program site for Walk On, Sundays between 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic School. Weekly walks began on Sunday January 15, 2012 and will continue until the end of March. No registration required.

Walk On can be your first step to a healthier you. Be active every day.

18th Annual Talents & Treasures
February 3, Bayridge Secondary School - Kingston
The 18th Annual Talents & Treasures auction is a silent and live auction is ready to go! Items include everything from Digital Cameras, to maid services, to sight-seeing flights! Doors open for auction preview at 6:30 pm. The festivities take place at the Bayridge Secondary School gymnasium. Enjoy live music and complimentary wine bar plus light refreshments are provided. Admission is $3 a person, $5 a couple.

The fun happens on Sunday, February 5, at Confederation Place Hotel for Registration at 10:30am then get ready to take the PLUNGE at 11:30am at Crawford Wharf!

Roll up your sleeve to donate! The Kingston Clinic is now at their new location at 850 Gardiners Road Unit B. Kingston permanent clinics are held every Tuesday and Wednesday from 3-7pm and two clinics are held every Thursday from 9am-1pm and 3-7pm.
